We have recently won a contract to acquire sites across the UK for one of the country's leading and fastest growing Renewable Energy Organisations to procure a number of EfW gasification plants.

Acquisition - 25.04.08
We have recently acquired a Development site on behalf of a regional investor that specialises in commercial property development. The company will now go on to project manage the development process and is already in talks with a major Timber & Building Supplies company for a new 20 year lease on the property.

Deal Agreed - 01.05.08
Marcus Walsh Chartered Surveyors has recently agreed a new 10 year lease of an 11,126 sq ft industrial units at Junction 4 of the M65 in Blackburn. The new 6 year lease was agreed on behalf of retained clients with GGi Office Furniture UK Ltd at a rental of £3.75psf.

The company has been retained to carry out professional work on behalf of Fortlands Ltd, a firm of commercial investors with a portfolio of properties throughout the North West. Marcus Walsh will provide marketing advice and carry out agency and professional work including rent reviews and dilapidations.

MW Ltd has acquired new industrial premises for a Lucas franchise in Darwen Lancashire. The company will be re-locating from Mill Hill in Blackburn to brand new premises at Hall Moss Business Park in Darwen. The company aim to move during the summer and have taken a new 10 year lease on FRI terms.

Property group Valad acting on behalf of HBoS, the UK's largest bank, has instructed Marcus Walsh to market prominent town centre premises in the heart of Blackburn's shopping centre. Scuffed Alloys has taken 2 units on the established Hall Moss Business Park for a term of 5 years. The company, which has re-located from Feniscowles specialises in alloy wheel repairs but has opened two new ventures dealing in tyres as well as car valeting on the prominent A666.

MW Ltd has recently acquired a 4.25 acre site on behalf of retained clients in Doncaster. The deal was agreed and completed within 4 weeks of solicitors being instructed.

The company has received recommendations through existing clients that has led to a new acquisition contract on behalf of a timber recycling company. The contract will run for two years and covers the whole UK.
